crash, after you go down the bottom hill you park your car in the lower lot and walk down stream, there's another dock there, i believe it's the old launch... the boats obviously aren't parked there now... but it's right at the start of the long drift.

chris, i assume not as no one was fishing that way... but if there's fish by the launch there's gotta be some by the jet boat dock... now getting there, that's another story lol

warnign to the wise.... get there EARLY... got there around 7am this morning and the lower lot was full and there was about 20 guys fishing from shore (re: 5ft from eachother all the way down the bank) and 8 or so boats... be prepared to wait 1/2hr to launch and the shore guys will likely have to ge...

apparently there are only 4 makers of fluorocarbon in N.America.... so you prtty much get 1 of the four... i happen to like the P-line and Silver Thread... Silver thread being stronger, tho i'm not sure it's 100% fluoro as its only $20 for 200yds... but the 6# is stronger and more abrasion resistand...

fishmaster- cheaper then the calhoun (and better imo) is the M-F plastic, $120. U.S. for 5 gallons, including shipping... i just picked up another stix kit from Del today, of course i pick them up in the U.S. and save the extra on shipping/customs/duty/etc. my total was $120ish total CDN for the sal...

Reg has my order, he's putting it in the F-H order.... the fastracs are nasty walleye killers, and the pred have better colours, can't wait to get to it next summer

we fished a localish rib today and didn't do any better... but definately a VERY nice day to be out on the water, with weather like this you can't complain about te fishing- unless you're an ice fisherman :lol:

i've heard rumour they're looking at reducing the posession limits on steelhead.... walleye get changed every year it seems....

i'd be more happy to se everything stay the way it is and hire more CO's... believe we have 2 CO's for division 3 and haven't seen one since the early '90's :?

of course the price of senko's wnet down almost $2. a package this year over last and a local tackle shop here in Niagara has the waveworms for $5. a 10 pack i believe.... me tho, i spent $150. and MADE 400 of my own senko knock offs, in the colours i want and scents i want, aswell as the hardness/s...
