I've been out a few times. Very clear waters as the name suggests. Good weed growth and structure to flip on the West edge, and deeper water to the East. If you are launching from the main launch by Arden, try around the island just up from it. Great rock structure, and some nice deep slopes to boun...

Sportspal... pal of sports... Great to finally meet you... Were you down at the river mouth with BA and me at the south end of the lake? I am trying to remember what your boat looked like... 1- Second boat in line on your first picture 2- The tiny speck above BA's motor (At least I thought in the s...

Fixed your pics for you. Looks like the closing image tag was pushed to the end of the posts. Great looking fish, surf fishing New England area looks like a ton of fun, something I'll have to give a whirl and add to my bucketlist!! http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs257.snc4/40166_481321...

The video title says Lake St-Clair, but somehow those accents didn't seem from Southern Ontario...Too bad there are no boat registration numbers showing, but I bet they could find the guys from the IP that the video post was made from.

I see two things wrong.

1a-There is only one CT special rod in the boat.
1b-One guy is wearing his ring. The other is single. Are you married to one on the right, but dating the one on the left? :D :D Joking of course...

Hard to tell with the EAP, and no reference point other than half a hand, or a few fingers, but I'd say high 4's...maybe 4lb10oz. Beauty fish.

Got the OK from the wife to go, anyone with a boat need or want a partner?
Alrighty, consider me confirmed with my boat, and I claim non-boater Matcolecat as my fishing partner. Denis, PM sent bud.

Daner, you are correct. If you launch at Springtown, and go southwest on the river about 5km, just before you hit the dam at Calabogie, portage your boat on your back northwest about 4km. BE CAREFUL, look both ways when you cross the 508 so you don't get smacked by a car, and stick to the side of Mu...

It was actually the spring of this year while I was fishing for Pike and Crappie. The small bay to the right of the launch usually holds a fair number of early season pike before the weeds get too thick. I've never bothered going too far past the power lines early season since I've never caught anyt...

Down toward blakeney does not have them and Pakenham does not have them. Again this would be a total surprise if Ga...
