I am heading out fishing tmrw... I was thinking about trying the mouth of the bonnechere. Has anyone fished there and is there a boat launch someone near by. Thanks for the help....

The only problem with those store bought chips is that you don't know what goes into them. A lot of them actually put artifical flavourings in there mix to make it taste like maple, chicory or apple. At work I do all my smoking with branhes of maple and it works beatifully.

I wanted to go and try something other then petire... I know of a couple of nice small lakes... but I want to try for some walleyes on the south nation but I don't know about safe ice on rivers. Any suggestions would be great.

Hey There is a place on Catherine that sharpings everything.... I had a set sharpened last year and it was less then $5 I think... Its a block after the bus station. I can't remember the name of it but its same building as the martial arts gym, big yellow sign. It has something to do with sharping.

Is it worth while trying fishing during the middle of the day from shore along some of the city spots; Long Island, Black Rapids, Petrie. Or is it just worth while waiting to fish during the night and early morning
