After visiting the boat show in Toronto and chatting with almost all the insurance companies I just switched over to Portside. Very friendly and competitive pricing, actually less than half of what I was paying thru my local company here in Peterborough.

I never thought to ask the rep about the Bay of Quinte but it should for sure help you out on the main lake. If I see him at the sportsman show in toronto I'll ask him a bit more about it.

I have been using the Lowrance LCX 25c for a bit now and have no complaints. I never lose bottom with my boat which only hits a little over 30 mph. I think losing bottom has more to do with transducer location. Finding the cleanest path for trnasducer will produce the best screen. As for navigating ...

I hate to say it but there's good and bad in every organization. He got caught which is huge news but really bad for an organization that lots had put faith in beliving in there betterment of the resources.

One more bad guy that might think twice before doing it again.
