convert to electric start

I have a 2004 40 hp mercury four stroke that I want to add an electric starter to.
It already has a charging system on it, and there is a place to bolt on the starter.
What do I need to do the job and how would I wire it up?

Also, would anyone have a starter for this unit?

That used to be a great lake for Largies and Musky along with an abundance of all sorts of pan fish. Many a 5+ lbs Largemouth Im not sure of the largest Musky but you could catch 12 -15 lb ers all day. What a shame.
