I stopped using the spider thread in lieu of plain old thread. I wrap about 4-5 times then 3 half-hitches (easy and fast) Sounds like you do not have enough tension on the spider thread, try 4-5 snug wraps then steadily increase pressure until it breaks off. Mr J. I have a large hide I have been using for haystack cadis. I doubt I will use it up in this lifetime. You are more then welcome to a couple sq feet. Look at warm water colour dyes. I am in Kitchener/Waterloo. Let me know if you are interested

Hi GF, Lots of good spots in K/W. Pretty much anywehre on the Grand Kaufman Flats, Kiwanis Park, Freeport Big stremers and bass poppers should get you started. Make sure you use a heavery leader for big strip leaches / zonkers. (pike) Lots of smaller ponds around if you are into that. Wed I am going...
