I don't know about them migrating but I know down here after the first 5-10 cm of snow they Head somewheres lets. My trail cam does not pick any deer up after the snow falls, I think that they head to a spot that has more cover (ceder trees).

The trail cams are proving that they move at night. I hunt south of Ottawa, This year the first week we did get les than normal but we were selective harvesting. Our gang thinks that we and other people are not seeing more deer is due to the worm weather and they are not in the rut, we only seen one...

I'll be using a 270 savage bolt. Nice gun. This hopefully this i will be holding too. Had I'm on the game cam last week just under my stand. Yes still haven't figured out how to do the time and date. I was just like you bow hunted fore about five years then got a winchester 120 many years ago. Last year a SAVAGE 270.

I did mine with my 120V small MIG welder. About 10" gash in the front, hasn't leaked since. Was a little hard getting it to start but i can drive it in a brick wall and the wall will crack, must have about 2lbs of aluminum in it.

This time of year the craw fish are changing or in most spots already have changed to an orange color. Use this to your advantage, most bass eat craws.

Your bang on devy. the launch fee is 6.00$ thats for parking too. There is a launch right at KILMARNOCK that goes up but its not made for big boats.
