Hi Terry,
I replaced my seats with the Tempress All Weather seats ,picked them up at Cabellas .Find them very comfortable.

I doubt it has a fee because the North end at the museum is McNab \Braeside (Renfrew County) and Sunset Bay is in Lanark County

There isn't a fee for the Boeing ramp and the Claybank ramp has an aluminum dock provided by Home Hardware and the local Fish and Game Club

Just guessing the lake...if the particular lake happens to be Peterwhite it is private land surrounding the lake however you may gain access by via the Hydro Tower Line and then follow the creek at the end of the lake.
