My 25hp yamaha 4-stroke...Here's what happens Boat usually sits till the weekends,so I put the boat in the water,squeeze primer bulb, motor starts on 2nd pull. Proceed to favorite fishing hole 10 minutes away from launch,let it warm up for a bit,then WOT for 7-8 minutes...motor runs great..no sputt...

The MNR officers could care less about someone catching an oos fish...they are after the bigger operations that stock freezers and sell fish. They to are frustrated, like the OPP...catching youth offenders and going to court and have the youth get a slap on the wrist and allowed to go out and do it...
