The method Getthenet mentioned works slick as snot. When you push back on the head it pulls the spine straight as an arrow aiding in the cleaning process. Seen a buddy do it on a fishing trip and was amazed.

The thing I don't understand is why anyone would want a picture of an ILLEGAL fish. To me a pic is another form of a trophy and why would you want a trophy you can't be proud of. High Noon I fish PP almost exclusively so I use a Palomar knot 99% of the time. If you are fishing braid you should consider it.
