Looking for Outboard junk yard???
I know there is someone in the kingston area that has a boat/engine junk yard? Anyone know the guys number or address?
Im looking to convert a 20hp merc short into a long shaft. Hoping I can locate a used lower unit. I know there is a kit to do the same thing. However this might be cheaper?
thanks

DIY Trailer Guides?
Just picked up a used trailer to haul the duck boat around. Id like to make some trailer guides. I seen a nice DIY project that was made up of a ladder stabilizer and some 2" PCV pipe. I cant seem to find these ladder stabilizers at any of the hardware stores around here. Im sure there are lots...

Thank god I docked the boat before heading out. I found out that mornin...

Id like to chime in on this one guys. I spend most of my summer fishing and boating on Cranberry lake. It is part of the Rideau Canal system. My boat is more of a walleye or big lake fishing boat. So I slow down when I can to people in smaller boats and try to steer away from others that are fishing...

So I thought I would ask others with motors like mine for there input :D Im leaning towards a 4 blade 17p at the moment. My merc manual states that a 4 blade prop will lower the rpm f...
