LOACATING? Daiwa Accudepth pluss?

Hi Everyone. I am traveling to Ottawa from Kingston tomorrow. I have to make a stop at LeBarons to make a return. Im looking for a Daiwa Accudepth Plus 27LCB walleye or double paddle handle model? Anyone know of a local shop that might have at least one in stock? Most stores only stock the smaller 1...

Steering lube?

I am embarrased to say that my boats steering needs a good cleaning and lube. I found out the hard way. As I always do. I thought the zerk greese fitting on the center of the tilt tube was to lube the cable. :? I now know it is to lube the motors tilt point. Not the steering! So im going to a...

RU buying a new boat? BRAND PRO vs CONS

Like so many of you hard working people. I made the big boat purchase in spring of 2007. I saved a few pennies and bit the bullet in making a very large boat purchase. She was to be the do all boat. Everything from fishing the big lake Ontario. To pulling the kids around on a tub. My wife and I went...

OK after looking online. I think my best option is to purchase a new pump with a built in auto switch. Now to find a 3 way rocker to replace my switch.

Is it possible that the currant bilge is in fact a auto bilge wired to a on/off switch?

bilge pump 3 way?

I have a 18'legend xcal. The bilge is factory switched to a on/off rocker on the dash/helm. My question is: what would be the cheapest, easiest way to convert this to a 3 way bilge? I know there are float switches that can be installed to convert the bilge to auto. But Id like to have the manual swi...

kicker cable tie bar?

Im so sick of fixing and adjusting my kicker motors currant fixed mounted steering bar. I just broke a second one on my last outing. The springs seem to let go or the clips break. My problem is that when the kicker is trimed up fully it puts to much strain on the linkage and the springs an...
