Heading to Cornwall this weekend and will have some spare time. Is there anywhere to get out fishing this time of year around the cornwall area.
Thanks

Ice Bungalow or Cottage & hut
Heading up to either Nipissing or Tamogami the first week of march. Looking to hear any responces on what was more enjoyable a bungalow on the ice or a cottage with hut access. Also any suggestions of an opperator to go to or ones to stay away from. I am an opperator myself on Lake Scugog and being...

Here is a site that has a list of cottages for rent in all areas including the Kawarthas. www.cottagesontheweb.com Don't elliminate Scugog from your choices. It is a shallower lake but is also a great fishery. The smallie fishing has picked up and so has the crappie fishing. It is nothing to go out...

Lake Scugog has had good ice conditions this year, even though we have had some warm spells. The fishing itself has also been good for the most part. Ive noticed more huts on the lake this year than in previous years. That maybe to the fact that Lake Simcoe and the B.O.Q. have not had good ice for ...

Hello Biff, there is some good walleye spots on that side of the lake. Head to the marker bouys north of Goreskies. Work the weed beds on the east side of them with a white twister tale or a black and yellow bucktale. The mouth of the Nonquan can produce some nice eyes as well. I am in Cornwall for...

Thanks Suddsy, Ive fished the first bridge west of Cornwall once before with little success but was unaware of more spots further along. Ive also fished at the hydro dam in the past. Looking for some place new and maybe I will try as you sugested. Are there possibly any areas that might have some c...

Nice job Teppy. Ya the bog has been producing well this year for eyes. It seems that these fish have are staying schooled up this year. With the infestation of the zebra muscle, the water is clearer than I have ever seen it, and the walleye don`t seem to be spreading out like they usually do. For t...
