Give the big weed beds out in Lac St Francis a go great pike action. Of course I'm referring to the soft water season, I have no idea of the ice conditions there... (sinking perch rapalas did the trick every time for us.)

Well we finally managed to get the hut set up on sat... way over due! Great ice this season! Any ways ended up catching 8 on sat and 7 sun. all about 12" minus 2 around 15". We are going to move the hut a ways out tomorrow to where we usually set up for the second half of the season. I'll ...

That said, I wont be posting any ice report today, went into the garage and my auger wouldn't fire up and the gas tank seal for the fuel hose has a leak. Pi$$ me off, two years old, never dropped...

I went there Tuesday mid-day with kid. Didn't catch a thing but the ice was thick. There was another pop-up shack and three folks out on the ice without shack. Someone from the Lodge was blocking the ramp so I had to pay $10 for parking. He was pretty rude to me and my kid, won't go back there unle...
