My in-laws have a cottage on Otter Lake, I fish it all the time during soft water season! However, the two or three times I’ve tried ice fishing it, no luck, and yes I know I suck. The cottage is directly across the lake from the HWY 15 boat launch. Not looking for spots or anything, just wondering ...

Andrew Haydon Park, as long as the water is still high. Once the water drops on the Ottawa it is not worth it. Shrimp works well. Good luck

The Jock is great, takes patience to fish, but usually pays off if you keep trying, not like fishing the Rideau or the Ottawa. When I am out in my Sportspal Canoe I rarely see anyone else! Nice and peaceful.

Last three outings, 4 walleye, numerous pike, a huge small mouth and a nice muskie caught tonight!!!! All caught on different parts of the river
I should really bring my camera with me.
