Unknown Lure

Anyone know who made this lure,date made,or origins? Thought it was kinda neat looking and looked like an awesome lure to try for musky. The spirals would deff throw some water.

Anyone know where i can find v angled brass trim? I completed case but wanted to line inside of box with it for felt to hold in better. Tried Canadain Tire,Home Hardware,and Rona ..no luck. Added new link to picture of finished project above.

Now that is something else! Are these fish the ones i read about that they are trying to rid of in some of the states that invaded the waters from overseas? First thoughts i had was maybe it was and they are allowing them to get rid of them by any means possible..even with bows?? :o Looks like a dan...

Reminds me of my time on the St Lawrence! Seen one like yours really close to boat and tried like heck to catch it. A small pike hit my bucktail jig first only to be followed by the muskie nailing the pike!!! Needless to say the muskie held onto the pike for quite sometime,but let go near the boat t...

Proprietary tungsten blend is the only one i know of that is environmentally friendly,its the same density as lead. Can be ordered from small lure making sites i would imagine?

Well its done! I estimated i invested $68 into this reel display case project. Not bad since i was originally qouted $150 and up to have it made to this size.

I bought one for my son it lasted about 20 minutes before it was broken. I fixed it then he broke it again. Which part broke on this? Curious for a young lad with ADD who has had problems with learning to use other reels proper. Will have to supervise the kids with these of course,as slop mentioned...

Thanks,been fun working on it and learning as i go that velcro glue eats paint fast :lol: Added some brass handles and brass corners since and the reels inside to touch it up. Price invested is now at $24 so not bad!
