MT.....I would love to own a slice of that region. Especially one with a connection to some of my relatives.
Even better....my great aunt sold the family cottage on Meech Lake to the NCC. Can you imagine what that would be like today.

Hello Steve, If you are looking for small mouth bass on Aylen Lake try fishing the rocks in front of the "Bluff" in Burnt Depot Bay using a small frog or minnow. If you want trout go to Red Pine Lake or Finger Lake on top of the Bluff. Use a small leech/blood sucker and light tackle. When ...

It is not very far away from Aylen and is a little more upscale than the cabins at Aylen if I remeber correctly. Here's a picture of a typical Aylen Laker taken with m...

Great website....

Hello all, A friend of mine, who like me, does not get to go fishing very often told me about this website awhile back. I now get my fishing fix vicariously throught this portal. It is a great place to come and see all the things I like about fishing. I have even started to see people wearing ballca...

Hello Bassstalker, I have not had alot of opportunity to try them past doing the testing to see if they would act like other lures (float upright, wiggle, dive, etc...) However, while testing I did have a bit of action on the perch and the lota lota. It was promising enough to keep making other mode...

Hi Muskymagnet,
I repainted my very worn Sportspal canoes using aluminum primer (Zinc Chromate) and regular automotive laquer spray paint from Canadian Tire. They came out fine. It not a factory finish but it did not cost factory prices either....
Good luck and let us know how it comes out.
