Met some really great dudes today, they put us on the fish. Turned a potential skunk day into a 14 fish day (2 walleye, 5 sauger, 7 perch). Hoping to get back out there next year with them!! ; )

What this means is you can fish the Ottawa river anywhere (on either side), with either an Ontario or Quebec licence. If you have a Quebec license, that means you can fish 5 lines anywhere on the river. ...

This is my 2nd season...haven't got out much, but it sure is fun when I do!

Amazing. You can bomb-cast a heavy lure about a mile out, or flip cast with light lures. I highly recommend it (if you have the $$ to blow).
