I notice a lot of guys fishing off the bridge on BorisOkane in Barrhaven. What are they catching in there?

Water is pretty high right now but always wondered what they would be after. Someone there pretty well every day.

Geese are very territorial, I've seen them go after small children that walk too close to them. But it was definately a good laugh.

I'd have to agree with any Salt Water Show, but first and foremost Fishing the Flats is pretty brutal. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I don't realy ever see myself standing knee deep on a tropical beach trying to catch bone fish. I mean honestly, how many times has that episode bee...

Morning Folks, Picked up an interesting fishing article on Sootoday.com. (Local Sault Ste. Marie On-line newspaper) http://www.sootoday.com/content/news/full_story.asp?StoryNumber=41035 I've fished this Lake numerous times growing up but only ever caught some fair sized bass and pike. Worth a look.

I'm not sure what kind of fight this bass would put up... I know its a monster in terms of size but I keep thinking it might be so lethargic (sorry Joco get out the dictionary for that one) that it wouldn't put up much of a fight at all. Almost like reeling in a 22lbs rock.

Any thoughts?

My grandpa up North is a big fisherman, went in and wrote the boater's test and failed. 3 weeks later they sent him his card in the mail.
Seems like a money grab to me.
