Re: lowrance settings

Hi Sheldon, how are things ? What settings do you keep your color and sensitivity at? I've got the 520C and never get an image like yours. Would it be that you utilize the broadbend sounder ? Luc, I crank up the sensitivity and colour line until my arches look like they do in the image. Depending o...

I have no idea of Canadian pricing, I am sure if you contact your local Lowrance retailer they can give you pricing and availability.

Without getting in to a battle of the brands...Have you ever marked what you were pretty sure to be fish on down firing sonar only to lower an aqua vu and see nothing, while still registering fish like marks on the sonar? Leaves and other debris in the water column in the fall is always a challenge...

Mid Lake Hump? StructureScanâ„¢

I have spent many years fishing Centennial and Black Donald Lakes and have a few spots that always seem to hold walleye. I often use a underwater camera to check locations to see why fish hold in one area over another. Later this fall Lowrance will be releasing StructureScanâ„¢ for their HDS units a...

Nice Bay of Quinte double Scott, I worked the same area on Sunday and also had a great day. Have to say not many bodies of water can produce two walleye like that at the same time

See you out on the water.

Come on bass anglers, considering only four packs are walleye specific where are all the bass folks and what are you going to use them for? Those Title Shot jigs in the package are some mean jigs for rigging plastics in the thickest of weeds. I would answer but I already have a few jars full of fin-...

Pepe, Speed is more critical in the spring as the walleye have stayed the winter in the system and are just starting to chase down baits so you find your self trolling slower in the spring. In the fall the fish coming in from Lake Ontario will have no problem chasing down a large crank that is troll...
