Would anyone have any suggestions where one could take two kids shore fishing in the west end. Easy access and plenty of small fish?

Just wondering if anyone could give me any ideas where I can take two kids shore fishing. They have little fishing experience and we have no boat or canoe. We are in the Kanata area, and would prefer an easy access site for the standard kid fare (perch, sunfish, bass etc.) Thanks for any help.
