Card

Interesting to see the Outdoor Fishing and Hunting Cards have an expiration date. for which I suppose you have to pay another tax to renew it when it expires. Does your boaters card expire the same way or is it a one time event in Canada? :?: How is the money supoosed to be used? For sportsman benef...

The States are wacky enough and...

Agree. Any lure is solid as long as it has a little bit of red and if that doesn't work use orange, especially streamers and stick baits.

Muscrat Love

Interesting to hear of others experience with animal malfeasance. I guess we have been lucky for ten years since I bought the Lund, but we trailer most locations when we use the larger boat. (still small for Quinte). The Scrats getting into the boat doing damage gives me reason to pause. I was assure...

Already committed to Blakewood and the owners have changed since you all went, so we can hope for the best. When we go to Picton, we shall look around with all of that information in mind. There used to be a time when you could levae everything on board. Still that way in Vermont for the most part b...

Thx Ron. Being our first trip to Quinte leaves a lot of research to be done. The article that got me interested was the trip by some members of this site to Blakewood Lodge back a few years. Good article. I think we are loaded for bear, as usual and looking forward to next month. Stay at Blakewood a...
