You can find the owner by calling the Ministry and giving them the registration number. They have the owner on file.... That is how they contact people to tell them they need to remove it/or fine them.

Thanks Almontefisher, that would be great. I did talk to a few people there and nobody knows anything... I also walked around the shoreline/cottages to make sure it wasn't pulled up there. If they want to get in touch with me, it has the registration numbers clearly on it, so it wouldn't be a proble...
