Good Old RED TROUT

I'll be heading up north to whiskey river for same good old walleyes and down the road for same good old Quebec Red trout. man we've have a blast doing this every year its like a religion. Last year was excellent and plenty of excitement hope they same this year.

I here there is a Derby in that corner of the woods, is that correct ? If so How many FH are going. If so I hope the ice can still handle the weight of an Derby gathering after all that warm weather coming are way.

I'm on my way up to Eleanor lake this weekend has anyone had any luck yet.
I use to love going there a lot but my buddy was a bit to old to continue going there on feet so now we have each a ATV to drag are butts there.

Any inform on trial and condition of ice would help.

Would you be entering in on the Baltimore side. I go through the Notre Dam Du Lous side. maybe we can meet up sometime Joco i will be ice fishing more on my side this winter. white fish will be in my mind. and pike action. there is more then 1200o lake in outawai alone..sher there a few fish in those.
