Doesn't sound like the greatest day but it could have been a lot worse ie. an oil leak, no trolling motor, and a skunk.

It's an EFP (Extended Fin Pose). The pike is actually holding Kevin further back, making him look smaller. :o Question though Kev, with the amount of huge pike you've previously posted pictures of, what is it about this one that is a new record for you? Looks like the days at the "Love Canal" are over. The weeds are overgrown, the water has gone a cloudy white and the sight of a few carp carcasses meant it was finally time to move on. And so we did... I headed out with my cousin in law and his son not far away from the "love canal&qu...

I say push it out towards the locks, once it makes it into the canal, it will provide some good bait for catfish and carp fishing.
Or better yet, push it further out towards Hogs Back falls and get video footage of it doing a whitewater run!
That would be sweet.
