I couldn't let this thread go by without chiming in. Bullheads are just a pain in the butt...especially when carp fishing. They wont leave canned corn alone lol. In general this is where i usually find suckers. Small creek or river mouths. This time of the year if you can find a creek that flows into a bigger body of water try there. Also i find them in numbers by the dams. They like to keep in bunches in pools. I do not have any points as i am not all that ...

i`ve ice fished the locks bellow the dam and all i`ve got was small perch. I am sure there are some walleye and pike in there as well but they may be a little bit harder to come by.

My local knowledge is fairly limited. I`ve only been in Ottawa for about two years now. You can fish the dam in Appleton, there is a parking lot for a car or two right beside the dam. I fished the Rideau Canal, just before it dumps into Dows lake as well. You can park fairly close to the locks, its ...
