Heading to lac la Peche for a bit of canoe camping and fancy taking a rod or two. Any tips, suggestions about fishing there from a canoe?

I don't think there are any length limits on the QC bass, but I'm not 100% on that. As for what size you keep, it's mostly personal preference. Talking smallmouth, everything over 3.5 lbs gets released in my boat, and then I 'cull down' from there haha depending on my needs. I try to keep the 2-2.5...
