Re: Bouchette boat launch

It's called the bouchette launch as its past the town over the bridge at the end of 31 mile road
It's right beside the Majopial restaurant
The owner came out and demanded $30 and another $15 for my buddies car!
Where is the free launch?

Bouchette boat launch

Just a heads up.
I launched at Bouchette and fished 31 Mile lake the other day and was charged $30 to park my truck and trailer which is outrageous!
Are all launches the same on that lake?

Re: Trout fishing

Hi,
You may want to consider trying Wellington instead.
Launch, get out of the harbour, turn left, bounce fat raps of wally divers in 6-8' of water.
Lots of laker's
More info, PM me.

Re: Ice fishing perch or crappie with kids

Petrie Island is a good safe place to go for Perch, Blue gill and Pike with younger folks and away from the big crowds Go to the west Bay. I.e. drive over the bridge keep going around the left bend and park in the parking lot on the left. The bay is on the left with a few huts out about 100 yards or...

LF DOWNRIGGER BALLS

Hi Folks,
Wrong season I know, but I'm kitting out a boat during the off season and wondering if anyone has a pair of 10lb downrigger balls they want to sell.
Pancakes would be ideal, but willing to look at options

Re: Roddick lake AKA big round and small round lake

Thanks Shawn A buddy of mine own a large lodge and private ramp on small round, so we are going up with a group the intent of fishing and golfing the mighty royal and ancient Algonquin. Newbie introduction

Hi As a new member to the forum, I thought I might introduce myself After a 10+ year hiatus from serious fishing I finally decided to return to the waters as I live on the river east of Ottawa.
