If you know someone who is a really good welder take it to them and have them weld a nut on to the bolt. Anyone who is a good welder knows what you will be talking about and usually the heat will help it come loose. It should only take a few minutes if you find someone who knows what they are doing.

Wow Kuno, I usually just laugh at most of your posts but this one is great. I know it's not politically correct but it had to be said and things like this need to be said more often!!!!!! It's usually a small vocal group who can get rights taken away from a larger more quite group like us (minus the...

Hey Mr.Tackle, Unfortunately the spots you are looking at on the map are not much good for shore fishing up this way. The shorelines on this stretch are real shallow and rocky which don't make it much fun. If you really want to shore fish I suggest you try a little further up the highway in Mackey. ...

Hey MLR, I know of a spot right in North Bay that should fit your needs. It's called Torbay cottages and they are right off of Lakeshore drive. I personally haven't stayed there but my girlfriend has and she and her friends were quite pleased with the place. I checked the place out with my buddy up ...

I will be there also on sat. I can already see a Shimano baitcaster combo with my name written all over it. Hey Wallyboss, I just picked a new Citica and man is it a sweet reel. It's not quite as sweet as my new Curado but it's a close second. I suggest you stop by the Paddletales booth and Ed or o...

I would think the organizers of this tourney have probably just sat down with the ministry and have come up with an agreement to change the opening weekend of the Bass season there. I seem to remember 2 years ago when the Levaive(sp?) tourney was booked for a certain weekend and it ended up the seas...

I would suggest you check out the new 09 model Shimano Symetre. It is a very nice reel loaded with great features and is in the $100-$120 range. You also couldn't go wrong with a Quantum Catalyst. I had a couple that were OK but I have since changed all my reels to Shimano's. If you look around you ...

I use various P-Lines for everything I do. I use braid for flippin and on a few spinning rods with a floroclear leader. I have Evolution on my drop shot rods and on a few other spinning rods and if water clarity isn't a concern or I am fishing in some cover I use the CXX. I have tried some of the ot...

With that size of boat your best starting point would be to look at 24V set-ups. They last alot longer during the day and will give you more than enough power to haul your rig around. As far as brands go pick which ever one best suits you. I have a Motorguide digital 82 lb thrust and it has been ext...

I'll agree with 95% of Fishmaster's comments.... RJ Thanks RJ that made my day. It's about 90% more agreement than I get from my girlfriend  And I agree with what RJ says about that the dealers must be hurting. I know they are anxious to sell some inventory because most of them ordered it earl...

One of the most important factors when looking for a new boat is to make sure you buy from a reputable dealer. Just because one dealer is alot cheaper than another doesn't mean anything if your service after the sale is no good. As far as brands go if you are looking for an aluminum you can't go wro...

In terms of fishing stores, the smaller shops may not be able to offer the really low prices found at the larger stores, however their customer service and no hastle warranty/return policies are worth the extra money. That being said, loyal customers tend to enjoy more discounts at the cash registe...
