I just drove down to Cardinal to check on the launch after talking to a fellow who said the launch was closed. The road is blocked off & I spoke to the township COA who also confirmed its closed for awhile until repairs are completed. It's posted on their website also. Dam is closed in Iroquois....

It hasn't really been that cold for vehicles on ice in my opinion along the St.Lawrence. Sometimes age comes into play & sounds like that was the case here. Glad everybody made it out ok!
