Thanks for the info guys.These dots were embedded in the meat,i never saw any on the fins or skin like the article says?I managed to get one out with a knife,it was soft.There had to be at least a 100 that i could see.
Its a shame,nobody was interessted in eating it so it went to the coons :cry:

Caught a bass last week,badly hooked and bleeding like a pig.So after deciding to add him to breakfast we noticed a black pepper like specs all over inside the fillets.Researced it on the net(cant remember the name)but the article said it was safe to eat.Anybody ever see this before?Would you eat a ...
