Will be poling them this year, Plus i baught some sup paddle,,,,long paddle. So will go up littel rapids and small rivers using long paddle and 12 feet pole. Cant wait...

Ottawa river. I have done fabulous walleye fishing right down town. Hull marina,,,right at the end of the docks, Sure not always good but wen it is. Yes. But be carefull at the end of ciment dock wall more curent. So less. Ice. Gatineau boom sector thats accros rideau falls. Done good there for eyes...

Its insane If it keep up First ice will be mid january,,,that will be like 5 weeks later then last year! ,,ho well. Its been a very long time,,since i saw no ice at all in december! Been on ice by 7-9 dec many times....now on the 12 and looking at the 14 day meteomedia,,,nothing until 2016,,,,,,so wen will be ice,,,,safe ice? Could be a short season. I saw people,playing golf in aylmer yesterday! But ey,,,,,boat ...

Looking at meteomedoa gor yhe next 14 days,,,,,,i dont think they will be any ice for ice fishing for some time,,,but it can change fast Do be carefull NO FISH,,,,,,,,NO FISH. Is worth your life.
