Without becoming too technical (I'll save the lullaby effect for my show on Saturday) the transmission of energy is interrupted and negatively impacted by the joints associated with most multi-piece blanks. The energy imparted by the angler when casting or setting the hook as well as the energy tran...

Chiming in with my 2-cents. Despite the significant improvement in EVA technology my preference is still cork. In warm dry conditions the shortcomings still associated with the best EVA is less noticeable. However rain, especially cold rain reveals the tactile grip benefits of cork when compared to ...

Hey Jason, We've been working on the website and all of the podcasts have not been uploaded yet. The urgency wasn't there because they are all on TSN as well. Thanks for listening, keep the comments, ideas, and suggestions coming. http://www.tsn.ca/radio/ottawa-1200/renegade-bass-fishing-show-1.8657...

Shawn, Mav;
Thanks for the questions. I'll be sure to ask Casey. He's such a personable guy and he'll be happy to answer your questions. My question would be about the homemade spinner which he used, and why did he think it was successful.
Keep them coming.
Thanks

I have become a huge fan of the pop-up shelters given their interior space in comparison to their collapsed dimension and weight. However I have noticed that the new crop of insulated shelters have put on a few pounds (sometimes double the weight) so you may want to be careful. Loading and unloading...

Just to be clear, though I appreciate the acknowledgement, my participation at the g2g and the mention on the show wasn't in the interests of warming up to prospective competitors. Truth be told I had heard that scouts for an Asian Santa would be in attendance and I was looking to selfishly fulfill ...

Given that you referenced "depanneur" I am assuming that you mean in Hull and not in Ontario. I can't say for certain but unless you're talking about worms it's probably unlikely given that live bait (minnows) is illegal in Quebec.

Hey Brian, Thank you so much for putting this together. Again my apologies for my tardiness, hockey then a meeting but I finally made it. Great to see a bunch of familiar faces and equally nice to meet some new ones. I love Fish hawk and these types of events contribute to the sense of community. Lo...
