I know that Jims bait is closed and that he sold his minnow tanks to the marina next door but does anyone know if they are open, what time and if they have minnows yet?

Awesome. My first fly rod is the same one you have. It's a good rod for bombing those big flies out there and will handle a big fish with ease. Won't be fly fishing for muskies, I like cast big baits too much. I bought this stuff for just about everything else.

Plus it's just something I've always wanted to try.

Hey Matt.....now we're talking!!!.....what type of flies did you get??...I don't use the fly gear for Muskies because I love trolling for them..
