Re: Hook Size

When I bring my daughter out I use a micro tube jig! Pan fish have no problem taking it and with the little weight on it makes it a bit easier to cast!

On my little boat I have a craptacular lowrance x4-pro....helps with depth, structure and temps somewhat.... . been thinking of upgrading to the helix 5 GPS di and I am hopping that this unit works well with ice fishing as well as I have been using a ice 55 and would be replacing that as well with t...

Re: Requesting Feedback on Swim Baits

Re: Requesting Feedback on Swim Baits

Funny how the locals who complain about fish being killed are the ones responsible for the walleye decline in those lakes.... Stress, miss handling, lures and pollution are all part of it and sadly a part of fishing.... there is no easy answer but research and better practices and techniques such as...

Re: Clayton / Taylor Bass

The big ones are not where they where last year! Think late spawn..... low water levels...water temp high.... and throw in some cold fronts! Took me a few outings but found them!

Re: Bass Opener

Just clarify about the stumps in Clayton/Taylor, Yes they are old but let me assure you that they are all Not soft!! I have had my 9.9 jump up many many times! Unless you are very familiar with the channels be cautious!

Re: Rideau Colours

For walleye on the Rideau White cranks or jerkbaits work but I mostly use livetargets yellow perch! As for musky White is a good color! Or big bucktails that have black hair with either silver or orange blades work best for me!
