I do a lot of frog fishing. I manly use the Snagproof or Spro frogs (I prefer the Spro Tourny Frogs). Have not had much luck with yum or berkly frogs rigged on a 4/0 or 5/0 hook. I find that if I get a miss I can usually get that same bass to strike again by working that same area. I will try this a...

Thanks guys..... I don't know if any of this helped Joco or not but I know it helped me. Was having issues keeping the engine running on the weekend. I won't go into detail but needless to say when I went to the back the bulb was soft.... vent open, check, hum what is that... its was the fuel like. ...

I have purchased maps from these guys in the past. Nothing fancy and not for navigation but they do give a good idea on where the weeds, logs and rock bottoms etc are.
More like having a hand marked map from an old fishing buddy then a true lake map.

Nice. I wondered how all those photo's you take were done.

The test photo would be way to much work for me. I think you should just take a parter with you more often.

Hum, never had such an expierence in fresh water. In salt water we got hit by sea flea's one time, lots or marks and welts. All I can guess is that it might be flea's. I know my dog seems to come into the cottage covered in bite marks on her underbelly, and I guess they are flea's as the welts are t...

This is too funny.

My fishing partners always think I'm nuts, cause I talk to the fish when I'm fishing... I usually call the species, more like... Here Mr. Pikey.... but they think I'm nuts.

For the record it does not seem to work.

Hard way to start the trip.

Good thing you found a mechanic to take care of it all for you quickly.

Hum... not sure about the spinner when fishing the pads or heavy weeds. Seems it will get stuck and pull up the weeds, causing the frog to not pop hop over the pads and beds.

Bring a paddle with you. If you can't get out with the motor, use the paddle as a push pole or a paddle.

Have spent many days on a wakeboarding boat with a full tower I think the only way to get the rope out of the water for tubing to to get it up higher. Even when we attach to the low tow point on the boat (not the tower) for a skier its fine cause they hold the rope up, but when we use the tube, it d...
