What to do with those old inline spinners

Post by Ben Daniels »

I was looking in my tackle box last week and started to think how i never use any of my inline spinners this time of the year. So this i got any idea. I took the treble hook off of it and replaced it with a single worm hook and a plastic worm. I tried it on the Toronto islands and caught 2 largemouth and a small pike. Its a good way to use those spinners that I wouldn't be using. and there are allot of ways to fish the lure 2 in allot of different conditions. Enjoy.

Spinners

Spinners -They are one of the best baits around. No self respecting walleye angler would ever go near the Bay of Quinte without a bunch of them!
They are the most widely used bait through out the season in that area whether it is a mepps or the hugely popular Uzick Spinner....larry

In-Line spinner are great for walleye that hold out in the weeds, they are very versatile and catch fish.
To add a little additional reading, here is an article I did on in-line spinners Spring Spinning.
