A couple of eggs and your fav bag of Lays chips.

dip fish in eggs, crumple up your fav bag of chips and dip egg cover fish in crumbs, fry or bake.

Smoky bacon and salt & vinegar are 2 of my favs.

Keyz yeah I forgot it's delicious in chips. If you wanna make it even crispier. dip in eggs then chips then eggs again then chips again. and deep fry.
twice as crispy.

My favorites are BBQ, the Ruffles all Dressed.

I'm getting hungry now. I'll have to stop at a corner store on my way up North for a couple of bags of chips.

If you do a search for recipes on fish-hawk I had put a recipe that u marinate the walleye strips in Louisiana HotSauce. Can't remember the recipe now but it's always a favorite at my Daytona 500 Party with a couple of brews.

It's worth the try. check above link

Fish Crisp Italian Style fried in vegetable oil... maybe that's why my gut looks like "Kronzies" (the fishing show with the guy who does shore lunch most every episode).
