Panfish with Gravy

Lots of people love fish. They are good for you and taste great. Please tell us how you prepare and cook your fish.

just pre cook your pearch fillets medium cut or little less and you lay them in a pirex, add a couple of garlyc pieces and cover it wiht a médium white gravy(bechamel in french) add some vegetable at your choice ( i put broccoli and cauliflower) and upper crust wiht cheese. Maybe with a good white :wink:
