Got this one from a marine biologist in Winnipeg, used on arctic char:

Simply gut the fish, stuff it with slices of oranges, lemons and limes, add a couple chunks of butter, wrap in foil and BBQ whole for a couple of hours on low heat!!!


I'm sure this will work on salmon and trout... maybe even on pike and eyes!!!
