Doritos baby!!!!
Pick your favorite flavor, break them up in a bag! Roll the fillets in flour, coat them in egg then add your doritos..... made a plate of crappie the other night and dam i was impressed!

Mmmm, I'd heard of using sour cream & onion chips, but Doritos sounds tasty!

Ransome, I was just relaying your interesting choice of "crumbs" to my husband. I told him even I was drooling over the pic you posted. He said "that sounds good"!! We'll have to try it some time...!
