Does anybody know of a regulation that prohibits hunting on the Rideau around Kilmarnock? I know the Rideau bird sanctuary is there and you cannot hunt in that area but what about the rest.

you can hunt around kilmarnock ..the bird sanctuary is down further toward merrickville...its a great place to hunt ducks ive hunted many years down there

Was out today picking a spot...seen lots of different species than further up the river. the sanctuary looks like it starts at the launch to Merrickville
