The Hunter's Paradox: Loving what we kill

We hunters know what it means in our hearts, but putting it into words isn't so easy for many, specially if you try and convey those feelings to a non hunter.
Hank Shaw does a fabulous job of it, far better than I ever could. A great article and a good site with lots of good recipes as well. Enjoy it, and by all means feel free to comment.
