Fork lake report

Post by TheHound »

Hi Ratsotail Great Report on your trip to Fork Lake. I've never been down to that neck of the woods but it sure looks like it would be a nice spot to learn how to fish for big Crappie/Bass. Will be watching for your next report. Cheers!

Thanks everyone for the interest in this thread. I hope all of you get a chance in your lifetime to sample some of this fine fishing Lake Fork has to offer. It was also great to see a few new faces that responded to my report. Welcome and "tight lines" to you guys as well!

Thanks for the words of concern Wolfe as you have likely experienced the dreaded stomach flu racing through the family gastro-intestinal tracts. My wife and I only experienced a slight queaziness (if that is a word) for a couple days.

Since I'm close to closing my open water fishing (non-boat owner) I'm plan on posting a season-end fishing report...complete with some great pics. Stay tuned and tight lines!
