Wow J very impressive event once again, getting bigger and bigger every year! Looks like a good time had by all and that is the main goal of this.

Hopefully I will be able to attend next year. I really wanted to attend but had other commitments for this date.

Congrats again J and to those who won and to those who attended for making this a great FUN day.

Mr. J,

Thanks again for a great Toothy Critter Derby. I had a lot of fun (as you can probably tell from the photo's you posted). Not sure about the accuracy of the cloud bubbles, but oh well, good times.

It was great to see so many folks out and a lot of guys I've met before.

In total I was blessed with 4 pike on the day. The 34 1/4, 30, and two 27's. Here are the pics we took of the larger ones.

Cheers and thanks again. Look forward to next year.

And there's a reason why it's called the "Toothy Critter Derby". Check out the "black tape bandaid" on my finger. He got me good!

Thanks again Mr J for all your effort. Couldn't make it to the restaurant afterwards but still enjoyed a great day on the water. Any fishing is good fishing.

Congratulations to the winners.

Cheers

Toothy Critter Derby

Post by Chewie »

Hey Mr.J ! Thanks again for setting up your 4th Annual Toothy Critter Derby. Again I had a blast meeting fellow fishermen and talking fishing.

I got skunked again this year but at least Pete nailed the biggest Muskie and it was awsome just to be the "net Patootie" ( insider) for his PB Muskie. I hope all who attended had a great day out on the water as there were some very nice fish caught Sunday.

Here's a few very terrible pics I took of Pete's fish. Mental note...don't put digital camera in cooler to save space.

Hey Chewie,

Yes...good time was had by all. Great fish Pete and congrats. I tried to clean it up a bit for you here to get rid of some of the fog. This is a little better, but great tip on not putting your camera in the cooler. :)

Thanks "J" for the great derby and party....and for giving me a chance to get out and land my PB. Mikey's Tacklebox wins the day again! Thanks to all who donated prizes, especially the beautiful jacket...Bobber...and I appreciate the photo touch-up. So this event is quickly becoming a fall ritual that shouldn't be missed. Till next year.....fish on!!...PS the cartoons added to the photos above are hilarious!! fuzzy thing???

It was a great day....no musky landed here, but my partner managed a couple of pike out of the good ole Weedeau :)

Only thing i managed to do was add a few grey hairs to a few guys when i came back in to the launch still on plane under the bridge :)

Thanks again to Jamsers for the bait loaners :)
