So... What are you guys looking forward to trying this year?

Just what the title says....anything and everything related to Rods, Reels, Terminal Tackle, Plastics, what others are using, what works, what doesn't work, and anything else you want to talk about regarding equipment.

Sorry Drake,

But fish the Rideau once and then talk to me about weed choked...
If you want to learn a bit more about crankbaiting, I say make the drive down to Winchester on the 6th and take in the bass seminar.

Looking forward, among other things, to try my Brolly with its cover during the CanAm 2014 Carp Tournament which is 53 hours of fishing none stop.

Call it what you will. Between prop chop, weedlines, and algae blooms, I just call it messy. I do not know why I love fishing it so much, but I have a blast so that is all that matters. Man, I miss fishing...

Lol,

The cruisers don't help either but they are only bad on weekends. Fish it at night or during a weekday and it is actually quite enjoyable.

If I had to choose one lure I am looking forward too the most it is this hands down......

Its a Duel Hardcore Noi-Z. Duel also makes Yo-Zuri if I remember correctly.
For those who know me know that I love Deps Buzzjets and this is a similar bait that I feel can be fished with more retrieves than the Buzzjet. We will see I guess.

I won't even get into rods........I have 6 new ones for this year!
.......and 3 new reels.
