Any suggestions on where I could take an old 1956 3hp Evinrude to get tuned up? I'm out in the Carleton Place area and would prefer to stick around this area if possible.
Cheers,

Have you tried John Poole at Valley Marine? Or he may know someone. Are parts still readily available?Troutskiii wrote:I'm out in the Carleton Place area and would prefer to stick around this area if possible.

Thanks lads, forgot about valley marine, I will give the other guy in carp a call also.
Doesn't necessarily need parts just a prop shaft bearing and a good tune up, basic basic motor it currently runs just not 100%.
