Okuma Parts/Service

Post by servin28 »

Does anyone know where I can get parts for my Okuma Helious baitcaster in the Ottawa or Kingston area? The palm side cover is at the bottom of the lake :x and I would like to have the reel serviced before this years season. I tried contacting Okuma, but had no luck.

Thanks for your help

I send all my Okuma service items to Rocky's in Orillia. You can probably call them and they'll just send you the part.

Thanks guys,

I will try calling Paddletales and maybe Bennett's to see if either of them can help me out. If not I will give Rocky's a shout-I wouldn't mind keeping it local.

Thanks again

They don't actual stay local, Ed just has several repair guys, it really depends on brand.

When I had an Okuma rod, I need repair twice and contacted Okuma directly. They took care of me. I don't have the number anymore though. Check on the website. They have a direct line.
