Not sure if this has been mentioned here before (I'm new to the forum) but I was recently looking around at the Ugly Stik GX2 rods, and noticed Cabelas.com had an offer for a free dry bag. Further investigation discovered that this offer is applicable to Canadian residents too.
Basically, if you buy an Ugly Stik GX2 between Feb 1 and Aug 31, 2017, you can get a free dry bag. All you need to do is send the receipt and $10.95 CAD to cover shipping.
