Wallyboss, I have to get me one of those rod holders for shore fishing. Thanks for the advise on weights. My 1/2oz bell sinkers were no match for the current. Mr.J seemed very surpirsed that there were sturgeon where we were fishing. Don't think he believed me when I told him Anthony and I caught 4 of the nuisances longer than my arm in the same spot a couple years ago... The amigos...what can I say...awesome hawkers. Great to see were on the same level about a lot of things. Again, thanks for the worms Paul. It will be intresting to watch the bite pick up in another couple days. What a fabulous evening it was on the banks of the Ottawa...looking forward to joining the gang at Victoria Island soon. Maybe one more time before it's time before truite mouchetée :) It's always a pleasure meeting new hawkers. Thanks for the invite Marco :D Almost forgot how much fun these outings are.
